Visitation to Hospitality Industry Training and Development Centre (HITDC) and Chinese Cuisine Training Institute (CCTI) on November 10, 2008

The Federation always aims at promoting and supporting education and training of hotel industry workers. In order to better inform Members of the Federation on manpower training and development needs of the hotel industry, a field trip is organized for the Members.

19 Representatives from 11 Members’ hotels joined the visit. All of them had presented their appreciation to the students’ overall performance, the most updated training facilities and the upcoming training hotel. Followed by the tour, a relaxing lunch gathering was arranged at CCTI training restaurant. Participants were active in asking questions and giving opinions in the gathering.
