Further to our previous circular, the Online Recruitment Briefing (Session for Hotels) for the Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival 2026 was successfully held on 11 June 2026.

The 2026 edition will continue to feature immersive and thematic experiences, including the Grand Wine Pavilion, Country Pavilions, “Only in Hong Kong” exclusive launches, the curated Tasting Room, and the vibrant After‑Nine Vibe night programme. The Festival will also extend into a month‑long citywide campaign, November Gourmet Month, driving additional exposure and cross‑promotion opportunities.

Key Participation Notes

 

The briefing covered zoning arrangements for wine and food categories, token charging mechanisms, revenue sharing models (Wine: 70:30; Food: 85:15), product submission and screening procedures, operational compliance requirements, and compulsory public liability insurance (minimum coverage of HK$10 million).

 

Members are reminded that product screening will be conducted by a selection panel, and confirmed exhibitors will proceed with booth confirmation, payment settlement, and booth selection according to the official timeline.

 

Early submission is strongly encouraged to enjoy preferential discounts and secure booth allocation.
